Cancellation Status
Cancellation requests require a completed cancellation form and must be filed by the selling dealership.
- Dealers may obtain a PDF of the program cancellation form under the Maintenance menu(requires dealer login).
- Customers should contact the selling dealership to initiate the cancellation process.
Cancellation requests will be processed within 3-4 weeks from date received.Refunds will be issued by the selling dealer or applied to the balance of an outstanding loan/lease.
